I met Zane George through a mutual friend who I had reached out to for assistance in selling a property in the 3rd Ward area of Houston Texas. It had been years since I had purchased or sold property and I was not using a realtor, so I had many questions and concerns. My friend, who is an attorney, told me he had a friend who was a realtor that he would make inquiry for me through. That friend was Ms. Zane George, my “shero”.
After receiving Zane’s phone number, I called her and told her what I was doing and she immediately started to advise me on what not to do in my transactions with my buyer. She guided me through the whole process, requesting updates along the way. She also recommended an excellent title company. I asked her if I could pay her a consultant’s fee and she told me no; just refer others to her if a realtor is needed.
I thank God there are people in the world like Zane George. I have and will continue to recommend others to her because she is a kind, considerate, and knowledgeable professional in her field.
